1. Scope

1.1 These terms apply to the use of the website skysocietyjet.com and the "My Sky Society" customer area of SKY SOCIETY – FZCO. Full provider details are set out in the Legal Notice.

1.2 Flight bookings are additionally governed by the Terms and Conditions. Where the two sets of rules conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail for the carriage contract.

1.3 Use of the website is free of charge. There is no entitlement to its use.

2. Customer account

2.1 Accounts may be opened by adults. The details given must be accurate and kept up to date.

2.2 Access credentials are confidential and must not be passed to third parties. If you suspect that an unauthorised person has access, inform Sky Society without delay.

2.3 The account is not transferable.

2.4 You may have your account deleted at any time by e-mailing hello@skysocietyjet.com. Existing bookings are unaffected and will be carried out as agreed.

3. Permitted use

3.1 The website may be used to plan and book your own journeys.

3.2 The following are not permitted: automated extraction of content, circumventing security or access restrictions, measures that place an excessive load on operations, and posting unlawful content.

3.3 Commercial resale of booked seats is prohibited; section 9 of the Terms and Conditions sets out the detail.

3.4 The document storage in the customer account is for your own documents relating to your own journey. It serves your overview; Sky Society does not check the documents.

4. Content and rights

4.1 The text, images, design, logo and brand of this website are protected. Any use beyond viewing the website requires our consent.

4.2 Content you post or upload remains yours. Sky Society uses it only so far as necessary to provide the customer area and to carry out your booking.

5. Availability

We aim for uninterrupted operation but cannot promise it. Maintenance, technical faults and outages at service providers can cause interruptions. We may change or discontinue features of the website; bookings already confirmed are unaffected.

6. Suspension

In the event of serious or repeated breaches of section 3, we may suspend access or delete the account. Before suspending access we will point out the breach where the circumstances make that possible and reasonable. Existing bookings remain in place unless there are grounds for termination for cause.

7. Liability

7.1 We are liable for the use of the website in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. Liability is not limited for intent, gross negligence, breach of material contractual obligations, or for injury to life, body or health.

7.2 Carriage services are governed by the liability provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

7.3 The website contains links to third-party websites. We have no influence over their content and accept no responsibility for it.

8. Data protection

How we process personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

9. Changes

We may change these terms with effect for future use. The version in force is available on this page and bears the date given above. For bookings already confirmed, the version of the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of booking applies.

10. Applicable law

The law of the United Arab Emirates applies. This choice of law does not affect mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you are habitually resident. The place of jurisdiction is Dubai, United Arab Emirates; consumers may also bring proceedings against Sky Society at their own general place of jurisdiction.
